Job Lot of Miscellaneous Microscope Parts And Laser Parts This job lot of items come from a universi (more)ty, where they were surplus to requirement. None of these items have been tested at our site - it is likely that some will be spares/repairs, but we anticipate that a reasonable amount should operate well. None of these items have been PAT or electrical safety tested. For this reason, we have marked these as spares/repairs as they should not be used without appropriate electrical safety checks. They are sold as a spares/repairs bundle intended to be purchased by someone who has time to test and where necessary refurbish the units. Qiagen Pyrosequencing/Biotage Model PSQ 96MA This was removed from a university lab where it was su (more)rplus to requirements. The unit powers up but has not been tested further. It is i good cosmetic condition with minor marks.

This was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirements. The unit powers up but  (more)when we tried to connect it to a PC with software we had some issues. (Software not included). We installed software on a test PC and it did seem to connect to the RG3000, but it is stating that there is a Fatal Hardware Malfunction. The machine can't be used until the distributor has service it. After starting it again we got another error: Thermistor is Open. We have removed the casing to check inside the unit and cannot find any obvious issues. There is an LCD panel inside that is showing 'TEMP OVER 140/127.5/2.1/152.0'. This displays as soon as the unit is switched on, so it looks like there is some sort of temperature error happening. There are 4 x PTC EPCOS C810 Thermistors in the power supply section of the unit. It's possible that there is a fault with at least one of those. It is in otherwise reasonable cosmetic condition with marks from use, but is sold for spares/repairs The item holds up to 72 x 0.1ml strip tubes.

This Carl Padberg Zentrifugenbau LE was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requir (more)ements. The cosmetic condition of this item is fairly good and it has powered on. We set the unit to 20,000rpm. It does ramp up quite slowly to speed. It reached 21,000+ and started to hold speed. We're not sure how accurate the speed adjustment is. It didn't seem to fully hold at 20,000rpm, it kept slowly rising. The belt looks like it needs replacing too. For this reason, It is sold for spare/repairs The speed range is from 15000 to 40000 rpm.
