This Thermo Scientific 3311 Forma Steri-Cult Co2 Incubator was removed from a university lab where i (more)t was surplus to requirements. The unit powers up and has been tested extensively at 37˚C and 5% CO2 as well is 50% humidity. (Testing probes not included). We calibrated it to our working temperature and testing equipment, but will likely need calibrating again upon installation. It is in full working order. It is in good cosmetic condition with minor marks from use.

This GE Healthcare IN Cell Analyzer 2000 Imaging System was removed from a university lab where it w (more)as surplus to requirements. The unit powers on but has not been tested further. The lab Confirmed it was in full working order prior to collection. It comes with an HP PC, Monitor & Keyboard which has a number of programmes installed including In Cell Analyzer Workstation 3.7.2 It is in good cosmetic condition with some marks from use.

This GE Healthcare Life Sciences IN Cell Analyser 1000 System was removed from a university lab wher (more)e ti was surplus to requirements. The unit powers up but in testing we found an issue with the Liquid handling system's y-Drive. It is showing Error 42 - step loss encoder. We were unable to test it any further due to this and the software will not fully start up. It is in otherwise good cosmetic condition with minor marks from use.

This Zeiss LSM 510 Meta Confocal High Resolution Microscope System was removed from a university lab (more) as it developed a fault. The university reported: "We have a confocal microscope (Zeiss LSM510 Meta) which we are hoping to sell. It powers up but doesn’t fully work, there must be a loose connection somewhere but I don’t have the time or space to work out where." The units are all generally in reasonable used cosmetic condition. All parts do power up individually but we could not get the system to run either. We believe there should be a PC containing software that we do not have. The system is sold for spares/repairs. Durham Magneto Optics Ltd MicroWriter ML Photolithography Controller This was removed from a univers (more)ity lab where it was surplus to requirements. Everything powers up but has not been tested further. The PC contains quite a lot of software.The programs that are relevant to the system are:MicroWriter ML Version 2.11.11.0.Thorlabs apt configuration utility v2.2.5389 14611. MicroWriter ML will not start up properly as the hardware is not connected. This is not a fault, we just don't have the rest of the system The Newport Motion Controller/Driver Model XPS control unit is for a table that the microwriter would sit on.

This Perkin Elmer Fusion Packard Microplate Reader Analyser A153601 was removed from a university la (more)b where it was surplus to requirements. The unit has been professionally serviced and is in working order outside. The PC does continually come up with a server busy message, and we have been unable to resolve that, but there is a workaround. The instrument is functioning fine and can run samples smoothly. Failed PMT Dark Count (Photon Counting) - Failed due to high thermal electron current in the PMT due to high voltage in this mode. This will not affect the functionality of the instrument. Passed PMT Dark (Charge Integration) and LED Control. Server Busy message - This action cannot be complete because the other program is busy. Choose ‘Switch to’ to activate the busy program and correct the problem. It is in very good cosmetic condition with only minor marks from use.

Europa Scientific ANCA NT System & 20-20 Stable Isotope Analyser This was removed from a univer (more)sity lab where it was surplus to requirements. The system powers up but we were unable to test it further without the PC and software. The screen on the unit doesn't come on but we are advised that the little screens on the front of ANCA NT’s have never worked. They don’t affect the ability to use the instrument. This Olympus IX50/Arcturus LCM2106 PixCell 2E Microdissection Microscope System was removed from a u (more)niversity lab where it was surplus to requirements. All parts are in good used cosmetic condition but they do have signs of general use. We have powered it all up and the system appears to function as it should. We were able to view a slide via the software on the PC. It is an excellent system and is in full working order. It has been professionally serviced. The comments from the service engineer are below. It appears to be in good working condition but we have no way of checking the laser. The internal halogen works fine and so does the external metal halide illumination. Beckman Coulter Biomek NXp Automated Liquid Handler with PC & Software Lab This was removed from (more) a university lab where it was surplus to requirements. The unit is in reasonable cosmetic condition. It does have various marks and signs of general use.The robot is able to be 'homed' fine and it responds to commands via manual control. The Tiploader also works as it should. This and the gripper require an air compressor which is not included. We used one from stock to test it.
