Tecan HydroSpeed Advanced Microplate Washer

The Tecan HydroSpeed is an advanced microplate washer engineered to efficiently wash 96-well and 384-well plates with precision. Equipped with an indexable 96-pin wash head, it offers flexible wash volumes ranging from 50 to 3000 μl in 50 μl increments for 96-well plates, and 10 to 1000 μl in 10 μl increments for 384-well plates. It ensures a dosing accuracy of 3-4% uniformity across the entire plate. The unit also dispenses volumes from 50 to 400 μl in 50 μl increments for 96-well formats, and 10 to 120 μl in 10 μl increments for 384-well plates, with primer and rinse volumes ranging between 100 and 800 ml. The residual aspiration volume is kept below 2 μl, minimizing carryover. It also offers linear stirring at three different intensities for optimal results. The washer includes wash/waste bottle capacities of 2 x 4 L wash bottles, 1 x 10 L waste bottle, and a 1 x 4 L foam trap bottle. Compact in size, with dimensions of 388 x 430 x 288 mm and weighing 15 kilos, it is accompanied by a user manual. Designed for fast and parallel washing, the HydroSpeed eliminates time variances between wells, ensuring uniform results, and provides full control over wash power for optimal performance with cells, beads, and ELISAs.
