Product description

Real-time cell analysis system combining label-free impedance measurement with brightfield and three-channel fluorescence imaging.

Agilent xCELLigence RTCA eSight System

The Agilent xCELLigence RTCA eSight is a real-time cell analysis system that integrates label-free impedance measurement with brightfield and fluorescence live-cell imaging. It is designed for continuous monitoring of cell behavior, morphology, viability, proliferation, adhesion, receptor signaling, immunotherapy, and cell-killing assays.

The platform supports biotechnology, cell biology, drug discovery, immuno-oncology, and live-cell imaging workflows requiring simultaneous electrical and optical characterization.

System configuration

  • Three cradles for Biosensor E-Plate 96, for impedance measurement only, or Biosensor E-Plate View 96, for impedance measurement and live-cell imaging
  • Two cradles for other vessels
  • Compatible labware: Biosensor E-Plate 96 and Biosensor E-Plate View 96
  • With 96-LED brightfield module: ANSI/SLAS standard 96-well plate, 6-well plate, 35 mm and 60 mm Petri dish, and T25 flask
  • Included computer running eSight Software with Basic license
  • Included mouse, keyboard, monitor, power supply cables, and USB communication cable

Impedance measurement specifications

  • Test signal: 22 mV rms ± 20% with maximum 5 mV DC offset at 10 kHz Ω

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
