    Sign up as a lab, institute or company. Listing is free. Create your account →

  2. Drop in your photos

    Upload a whole batch and group the photos per item. The app identifies each instrument and creates a draft, usually in under a minute.

  3. Check the details and choose your route

    Confirm condition, brand and model, add what you know, and pick sell quickly or sell for value. The app estimates a price range for both.

  4. Send it for review

    We review every item before it is published. After that, finding the buyer is our job.

Questions before you list

What does it cost?

Listing is free. When a buyer comes, we make you an offer for the item.

What do I need to list an item?

A title, at least one photo, the brand and the model. Everything else is optional, but complete photos, service history and specs improve your match.

Do I have to set a price?

No. An asking price is optional. The app estimates a range for selling quickly and for selling for value, and you can leave the price blank.

What happens after I send an item for review?

We review every item before it is published. Published items are confirmed every 30 days, so buyers only see equipment that is still available.

Who handles payment and shipping?

We do. Questpair handles the payment and arranges for the equipment to be checked and shipped.

We have a deadline to clear the lab. Can I say so?

Yes. Each item has an available-from date and a must-be-gone-by date, so we know your timeline.
