Services

Services is a catalogue category covering the non-instrument goods that keep a laboratory running, from software and data handling to storage furniture and the embedded computing hardware that drives bench systems. New, used and refurbished items are listed side by side under this heading, which groups what does not fit the analytical-instrument categories: laboratory software, data management and data analysis packages, storage cabinets, furniture, and embedded PC chassis. Of the current listings, 85 percent are used. The spread runs wide because a single licence sits in the same category as a complete cabinet, so 360 laboratory entries span software keys through to fitted furniture from 16 suppliers.
