This Biotage SP1 Flash Chromatography System was removed from a university lab where it was surplus  (more)to requirements. The unit powers up but the monitor is faulty. We connected it to an external monitor and were able to power up the system and access the software. The battery for the motherboard with likely need replacing at some point. The system is comprised of the following modules. 1 x Biotage SPXE 10810016;1 x Ecom Fixed Wavelength UV Detector ;1 x Biotage SP1 System & Monitor.

This Huber Minichiller Refrigerated Laboratory Water Bath was removed from a university lab where it (more) was surplus to requirements. The unit powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included). When set to -20˚C it dropped to -12˚C after running for 5 hours. It is not designed to heat. It is in good cosmetic condition with some marks from use.

This Bright Microtome 5040 Laboratory Cryostat was removed from a university lab where it was surplu (more)s to requirements. The unit powers up and the light works. It has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included). It was set to -35˚C. We ran for it for 6 hours and Quick Freezer Temperature got to -35˚c, Specimen Temperature got to -14˚c and the chamber Temperature got to -15˚c.

This PTI Photon Technology Fluorescence Spectrometer Fluorometer was removed from a university lab w (more)here it was surplus to requirements. Included in the system are; 2x 814 Photomultiplier Detection System1x MD-50201x Brytebox1x LPS- 220B1x A-1010B Arc Lamp Housing All the units powered up but we were unable to test them at our facility. Everything is in reasonably good cosmetic condition with marks from use. Jouan M22i refrigerated centrifuge with Jouan 5000rpm rotor This item was removed from a university  (more)where it was surplus to requirement. It is in good cosmetic condition and powers on, however, we are unable to test it further as there's an error with the door lock sensor that prevents any use. This Foss Kjeltec 2100 Distillation Unit was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to r (more)equirements. The unit powers up but is a little noisy. It looks like it should be used with a donor flask of liquid, that distils to another flask. The settings are functioning and can be altered and set by holding down the control button, whilst setting heat and time parameters with the other two buttons. The distillation unit provides automatic/semi-automatic distillation for protein analysis using the global reference method. It is in good cosmetic condition but has some marks from use.

The server is running ubuntu and has no graphical front end. This Parr Isoperibol Calorimeter 240 was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requi (more)rements. The item is in reasonable cosmetic condition but has plenty of marks from use and age. The item powered on fine and we could interact with the control panel without issue. We attempted to run a test print and were met with Error 3800. We are told this is due to the O2 requirement and is not a fault with the system. This Helix CTI-Cryogenics Compressor Model: SCW Part no: 8032211 was removed from a univer (more)sity lab where it was surplus to requirements. The item is in reasonable cosmetic condition but the front vent/panel is bent in one corner, preventing it from being secured. There are scratches and other marks along the surface and edges. It does begin to whistle above 10000rpm, but we believe this is just down to the lid seal. It has had new lid struts fitted and new QR lid release plugs. With it is a Sigma Nr.12148 15300/min Centrifuge Rotor. Good used condition.Measures: Approx 17cm.Centre bore: 10.8mm.Tube holes: 10.8 x 36.2mm.24 sample holes.

It is fully working but is leaking hydrogen. It is in reasonably good cosmetic condition, but has some marks from use. it is sold for spares/repairs
