CS60 A+B Basic PVC Safety Cabinet

The CHEMISAFE CS60 A+B BASIC PVC Cabinet is expertly engineered for the safe and segregated storage of non-flammable chemical families. This cabinet is constructed with an 18 mm thickness of high-density PVC, ensuring robust durability. The extractor cover and plinth are fabricated from cold-pressed 1.0 mm steel sheet, coated with acid-resistant epoxy powders at 200°C, providing a protective layer exceeding 90 microns across the surface.

Its monocoque structure sits on a stable 15/10 mm base, equipped with adjustable leveling feet for perfect alignment. Inside, the cabinet is divided into two compartments, facilitating separate storage for different chemical groups. Featuring simple hinged doors with a secure key lock, it allows for a 110° opening angle, enabling easy shelf extraction without tilting.

For added robustness, the cabinet includes a corrosion-resistant plastic zipper and PVC containment shelves, adjustable in height to suit various storage needs. A connection collar with a diameter of 125 mm allows integration with optional ventilation systems.

The cabinet's modular design incorporates tray shelves and adheres to ISO 3864 standard pictograms, complying with EN 61010-1 standards for safety. It is available with or without a suction unit, catering to diverse laboratory environments.

Included with the cabinet are 2+2 PVC shelves, each supporting a maximum load of 40 kg when evenly distributed. Optional enhancements include additional shelves, a timer, a door open alarm, and ventilation systems.
