The Integra VacuSafe offers efficient and safe liquid waste aspiration.
Vacuum systems are essential for the aspiration and disposal of liquid waste, such as removing media from cell cultures, separating supernatant after centrifugation, and eliminating wash solutions from immunoassay well plates.
Incorporating waste liquid aspiration into regular lab routines is often a time-consuming task. The Integra VacuSafe system enhances this process by streamlining workflow and thereby allowing lab personnel to focus on other crucial activities. It acts as a secure and professional alternative to DIY liquid waste disposal systems common in laboratories, safeguarding operators from exposure to liquids and aerosols, thus ensuring a safer working environment. Furthermore, the system offers optional liquid level detection to prevent overfilling and includes a filter to protect the vacuum source from contamination.
Specifications include an adjustable vacuum range of -300 to -600 mbar, a pump flow rate of 8 l/min, and a liquid aspiration rate of 17 ml/s using an aspiration pipette. The system operates with a noise emission of less than 50 dB(A) at 1 meter, with dimensions of 530 x 180 x 320 mm and a weight of 3.4 kg.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
