Efficient and secure liquid waste aspiration with adjustable vacuum range and optional liquid level detection.
Vacuum systems are essential for the efficient aspiration and disposal of liquid waste, such as removing media from cell cultures, supernatants after centrifugation, and wash solutions from immunoassay plates. The VACUSAFE system by Integra offers an intuitive solution, streamlining this routine yet time-consuming task, enabling laboratory personnel to focus on other essential duties. This user-friendly system provides a safer alternative to conventional DIY liquid waste disposal methods in laboratories, minimizing the risk of exposure to potentially harmful liquids and aerosols. Equipped with optional liquid level detection to avoid overfilling and a protective filter to safeguard the vacuum source from contamination, the system ensures a safe working environment. The VACUSAFE operates with a vacuum range of -300 to -600 mbar, an air pump flow rate of 8 l/min, and a liquid aspiration rate of 17 ml/s. It maintains a noise level of less than 50 dB(A) at 1 meter, while its compact dimensions (530 x 180 x 320 mm) and weight (3.4 kg) make it a convenient addition to any laboratory.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
