The Invitrogen XCell SureLock™ Mini-Cell and XCell II™ Blot Module is a wet transfer unit designed for efficient protein transfer from mini precast polyacrylamide gels (8 cm x 8 cm) to membranes such as nitrocellulose and PVDF. This blot module is compatible with the XCell SureLock Mini-Cell electrophoresis system and supports vertical operating dimensions for consistent wet transfer performance. The module forms an integral part of the Novex, XCell II, and XCell SureLock product lines, widely used in molecular diagnostics and bioprocessing workflows. Essential for proteomic analysis and western blotting applications, it enables reliable protein transfer critical to biotechnology, gene editing validation, and synthetic biology research. Note this unit is offered in used condition and may not retain all original performance specifications; sold as-is.
