The Lonza 4D-Nucleofactor System is an advanced electroporation device designed to facilitate the efficient transfection of cells. It comprises two integral modules: the Core Unit, which serves as the control unit, and the X Unit, which supports nucleofection of various cell quantities in multiple formats. The X Unit can perform 16 to 32 transfections per minute, enabling high-throughput processing. The system comes with a detailed instruction manual and original packaging and was manufactured in 2014.
