Built for precision, the SE900 features external cooling and internal buffer circulation to maintain a constant and uniform temperature, ensuring reproducible results with each run.
This unit’s innovative design minimizes maintenance with no upper buffer chamber, eliminating gasket issues and buffer loss risk. It’s engineered for ease of use, with hinged glass plate cassettes for quick assembly and a built-in draining port to avoid lifting a heavy buffer-filled tank. Simplified with minimal parts, this electrophoresis system is easy to assemble and maintain. Operating smoothly within standard lab conditions, the SE900 can handle temperatures up to 45°C and humidity up to 80%, with power settings reaching up to 600 V, 1000 mA, and 150 W.
