The ACEA Agilent xCELLigence 1x6 E-Plate 96 is a 96-well cell analysis plate designed for real-time, label-free monitoring of cellular behavior through electrical impedance measurements. It is used with compatible xCELLigence real-time cell analysis systems for applications including cell proliferation, viability, cytotoxicity, adhesion, and migration studies.
This E-Plate is suitable for research workflows in cell biology, biotechnology, drug discovery, cancer research, molecular diagnostics, and biopharmaceutical development. Real-time impedance-based analysis can support long-term kinetic experiments without fluorescent or radioactive labels, making it useful for cell-based assay development and screening.
