Opentrons OT-2 liquid handling robot with P1000 pipette, PC, software, 11 deck slots and enabled on deck camera for lab automation.
The Opentrons OT-2 automated liquid handling robot is a benchtop system for reproducible pipetting workflows in molecular biology, biotechnology and analytical laboratories. It automates liquid transfer tasks such as PCR setup, reagent dispensing, serial dilution, sample preparation and assay preparation.
This unit includes a left mounted P1000 Single-Channel GEN2 pipette, an included PC with monitor, keyboard and mouse, and the Opentrons App installed on the PC. The right mount is empty. The enabled on deck camera supports robot detection in the software. Tube racks, deck accessories and a waste container are included as pictured.
The robot has been tested and is in good condition. The unit is supplied as pictured. The visible power adapter label specifies AC 100 to 240 V, 50/60 Hz, 4 A input and DC 36 V, 6.1 A output.

The P1000 Single-Channel GEN2 pipette provides one installed pipetting channel with a 100 to 1000 µL transfer range. The empty right mount means this configuration uses the left pipette mount only.
The 11 deck slots support the placement of compatible labware and modules within the OT-2 work area. The included PC runs the Opentrons App, which detects the robot and shows the installed pipette. The software also shows the enabled on deck camera.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
