Millipore SNAP i.d. 2.0 Western blot system with WP6122050 vacuum pump for two-position PVDF and nitrocellulose immunodetection.
The Millipore SNAP i.d. 2.0 Protein Detection System is a Midi Western blot immunodetection system for vacuum-driven processing of blocking solutions, antibodies and wash buffers through membranes. It supports PVDF and nitrocellulose membranes with chemiluminescent, fluorometric and colorimetric detection methods.
This unit includes the Millipore WP6122050 Chemical Duty Vacuum/Pressure Pump, collection flask, vacuum tubing, two Midi blot holding frames and SNAP i.d. 2.0 Midi blot holders. The pump provides the vacuum used for reagent processing.
The system is used. The vacuum pump has been tested and is in good operational condition.
The SNAP i.d. 2.0 is a vacuum-driven Western blot system for protein immunodetection. It draws blocking solutions, antibodies and wash buffers through the membrane during processing. Typical immunodetection time is approximately 30 minutes.
The system is used. The included vacuum pump has been tested and is in good operational condition.
PVDF and nitrocellulose membrane compatibility supports two commonly used membrane types for Western blot immunodetection. Chemiluminescent, fluorometric and colorimetric detection methods cover the stated detection formats for protein analysis.
Two processing positions allow simultaneous handling of two blots within the system. The maximum blot size of 8.5 × 13.5 cm defines the membrane dimensions supported by the Midi configuration.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
