Rocker Scientific Chemker 400 laboratory diaphragm vacuum pump for filtration, gel electrophoresis, degassing and solvent purification.
The Rocker Scientific Chemker 400 chemical resistant laboratory diaphragm vacuum pump provides oil-free vacuum for vacuum filtration, gel electrophoresis, solid phase extraction, solvent purification, degassing and general laboratory vacuum supply. It is also used for gel electrophoresis in biotechnology and life sciences laboratories.
The pump has PTFE wetted parts for chemically resistant vacuum applications. Its oil-free diaphragm design avoids oil-sealed pump contamination. Thermal protection helps protect the pump against overheating.
This used unit was tested and reached its specified vacuum. It is in good working condition.
The Rocker Scientific Chemker 400 is an oil-free chemical resistant laboratory diaphragm vacuum pump for applications requiring resistance to corrosive vapours.
The unit is used and in good working condition. It was tested and reached its specified vacuum.
The approximately 120 mbar nominal maximum vacuum supports vacuum filtration, degassing and other applications requiring reduced pressure. The 33 L/min maximum flow rate provides the stated pumping capacity for these laboratory vacuum applications.
PTFE wetted parts support use where corrosive vapours or solvents are present. This chemical resistance distinguishes the Chemker 400 from an unprotected vacuum configuration for solvent purification and related laboratory work.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
