This system is used to analyze the size of DNA/RNA samples, with convenientanalytical operability. I (more)t achieves analysis costs on par with agarose gel electrophoresis, and can perform fully automatic analyses of up to 108 samples. Using optimized reagent kits (four types for DNA analysis and one type for RNA analysis), the system achieves a high resolution and high sensitivity. It can significantly improve the workflow for mutation checks in genome editing, and genotype determination. The Stuart sample concentrator, when used in conjunction with a Stuart block heater, uses the princi (more)ple of solvent evaporation to concentrate samples. The supply voltage converts AC line voltage to 20kHz electrical energy. This high-frequency electric (more)al energy is fed to a converter where it is converted into mechanical vibrations. The heart of the transducer is a lead zirconate titanate electrostrictive element which, when subjected to an alternating current, expands and contracts. The transducer vibrates in a longitudinal direction and transmits the motion to the horn tip which is immersed in the solution, causing cavitation. The implosion of microscopic bubbles or voids in the solution results, intensively stirring the molecules in the medium. The Sonifier operates in two modes: Pulsed and Continuous. In Pulsed Mode, ultrasonic vibrations are transferred to a solution at a rate of one pulse per second. This pulse duration can be adjusted from 0.1 to 0.9 per second, allowing the solution to be processed at full ultrasonic intensity as the temperature builds up – particularly valuable when processing hot volatile solutions and temperature sensitive material. The EASYSOFT SXT2 consists of a plastic softener tank with internal water distributors. In the integ (more)rated salt storage vessel, brine is automatically prepared for the resin regenerations. Furthermore, the EASYSOFT SXT2 is equipped with an integrated double 3-way bypass valve for decommissioning the water softener while preserving the water supply. The Synergy Water Purification System is fed with pretreated water (Elix, RO, distilled or DI water) (more) coming from a tank or a loop. When Product Water is being dispensed, the Inlet Solenoid Valve opens and the Booster Pump turns on. The pretreated water is then pumped into the UV Lamp (UV System). The UV Lamp emits light at 185 nm and 254 nm. It is used to reduce levels of organic molecules in the water. The UV Lamp is a consumable device that needs to be periodically replaced during the maintenance of the system. The water is then sent to the SynergyPak cartridge to deionize the water. There are three types of SynergyPak. SynergyPak 1 is used for RO, distilled or Elix feedwater. SynergyPak 2 is used for pretreated water from clean DI (particulate-free). SynergyPak 3 is used for pretreated water from dirty DI (non particulate-free). The SynergyPak is a consumable device that needs to be periodically replaced during the maintenance of the system. The Final Filter is a membrane based filter that  removes all particles and bacteria with a size greater than the filter pore size. The Final Filter is a consumable device.
