The Gardner Denver Welch Cold Trap is essential for use with suction and vacuum lines or Schlenk lines, capable of reaching temperatures as low as −79 °C using a dry ice and isopropanol or liquid nitrogen mixture. It effectively maintains temperature stability for 12 hours with dry ice and isopropanol or 2 hours with liquid nitrogen, making it ideal for processing samples with low eutectic points. Featuring a 2.8 L internal glass construction and a transparent lid, it allows easy visual inspection and straightforward cleaning. Designed for connection in series with freeze-drying or vacuum evaporation systems and vacuum pumps, this cold trap prevents contaminants from migrating to the vacuum pump, ensuring the integrity of your vacuum processes.
