High NA 1.25 achromatic 100X oil immersion objective with super contrast optics, suitable for brightfield microscopy.
The MOTIC Achromatic Super Contrast Objective ASC 100X/1.25/S-Oil (WD=0.14mm) is a precision-engineered microscope lens optimized for high-resolution imaging in brightfield and contrast-enhanced microscopy. Featuring a numerical aperture (N.A.) of 1.25, this oil immersion objective provides superior light-gathering ability for enhanced image clarity at 100X magnification. Its achromatic lens design corrects for chromatic aberrations, ensuring color fidelity essential for detailed biological sample analysis.
This objective uses the standard RMS mounting thread (W 4/5" x 1/36") compatible with most trinocular and research microscopes. The 160 mm tube length and 45 mm DIN standard dimensions align with industry norms for seamless integration. It is designed for use with a cover glass thickness of 0.17 mm and includes a spring-loaded mechanism to protect both the specimen and lens during focusing.
Ideal for applications in biotechnology workflows, including molecular diagnostics and cell imaging, the MOTIC ASC 100X/1.25 oil immersion objective is widely adopted in synthetic biology research and bioprocessing environments where high-contrast, high-resolution microscopy is critical. The super contrast optical design enhances visualization of transparent specimens, making it essential for biopharmaceutical production pipeline quality control and live-cell observation under brightfield conditions.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
