Product description

Produces Type III purified water at 5–60 L/h via RO; includes prefilters, carbon filters, and integrated booster pump.

The Hydrolab Technical Water Purification System processes potable tap water to produce Type III purified water, ideal for laboratory analyzers, autoclaves, washers, and buffer preparation. It removes 96–99% of dissolved organic and inorganic contaminants using reverse osmosis. The system operates on standard tap pressure without requiring an additional compressor.

  • Water Production Efficiency: Options of 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, or 60 liters per hour
  • Water Quality: Produces Type III water with 5 µL sediment filtration and softened feed water
  • Modules Included:
  • 2 prefilter modules
  • 2 carbon filters
  • Reverse osmosis (RO) module
  • Controller Options:
  • *Type A:* LCD display, basic outlet water monitoring
  • *Type C:* Color touchscreen, inlet and outlet water monitoring, conductivity, membrane retention, tank level, alarms, USB and RS232 interfaces
  • Additional Features:
  • Integrated booster pump
  • Connectors for water supply, drainage, and tank
  • 2 m tubing supplied
  • Power lead with 230 V plug
  • 12-month manufacturer warranty
  • Installation: Can be optionally connected directly to autoclaves or environmental chambers; water storage tanks available separately

This system is suitable for laboratories lacking existing water purification infrastructure and can serve as either a standalone purifier or a pre-treatment stage before higher-grade purification systems (e.g., Hydrolab Ultra).

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
