The Thermo Scientific Arktik 5020 is a dual block thermal cycler equipped with a dual 48-well x 0.2mL block, catering to multi-user environments. With a maximum gradient range of 30°C and a ramp rate of 3.0°C/s, it provides exceptional accuracy of ±0.3°C at 90°C. The thermal range spans from 4°C to 99.9°C. The manually adjustable heated lid includes an over-tightening protection system. The semi-graphical user interface supports up to 99 programs, facilitating protocol setup. Compatible with 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz power supply, the unit measures 29 cm x 38 cm x 29 cm and weighs 10.5 kg. Ideal for applications ranging from individual reactions to high-throughput projects, it offers three interchangeable blocks, including a 96-well block, 384-well block, and dual 48-well block. Its broad temperature gradient and low noise level enhance flexibility and reliability. Integrated with preprogrammed protocols, it accommodates almost all standard PCR plastics.
