High-speed Kinematica PT10-35 homogenizer with 750W motor, PCU-11 control, and sterilizable PT-DA 30 dispersing aggregate.
The Kinematica Polytron PT10-35 homogenizer is a robust high-speed homogenization system designed for effective mechanical sample disruption in biotechnology and pharmaceutical research. It features a 750W motor with variable speed control reaching up to 24,000 rpm, ensuring thorough and rapid homogenization of volumes ranging from 200 to 2,500 mL.
Included is the PCU-11 controller which provides precise speed regulation and operational control for reproducible results in molecular diagnostics, bioprocessing, and synthetic biology workflows. The system is equipped with the PT-DA 30 dispersing aggregate featuring Kinematica’s Z-DESIGN: a sterilizable, autoclavable (at 121°C, 15 psi, 15 minutes) stainless-steel probe of 30 mm diameter x 273 mm length optimized for ease of cleaning (EasyClean design).
This homogenizer is widely adopted in biomedical engineering and cell imaging applications where sample integrity and sterility are critical. Its capability for pulverizing, cutting, and dispersing biological samples makes it essential for molecular cloning workflows and biopharmaceutical production pipelines. Compatible with other Polytron models such as PT10-35 GT, PT3100 D, PT4000, PT6100 D, and PT7100, this instrument supports a broad range of laboratory homogenization needs with reliable mechanical action.
Key technical features:
This equipment is critical in enabling reproducible homogenization in synthetic biology research, live-cell imaging sample preparation, and diverse biomanufacturing workflows requiring sterile and efficient tissue disruption.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
