Product description

50.2L autoclave with auto lid, variable temp 105-135℃, max pressure 0.26MPa, double interlock

  • Automatic Lid Operation: Lid opens and closes via switch, allowing safe operation without manual contact near the chamber opening.
  • Electro-Mechanical Lock System II: Multiple sturdy sliders linked circumferentially and to lid guides ensure reliable automatic locking.
  • Double Interlock Mechanism: Monitors high temperature and pressure inside the chamber to lock lid during operation, after operation, manual stop, and during power failure. Unlocks only at atmospheric pressure (0 MPa) and below configured temperature.
  • Adjustable Lid Unlock Temperature: Lid lock temperature can be set between 60℃ and 97℃ per sterilization course or memory.
  • Forced Cooling System: Fan cooling after sterilization reduces pressure quickly, shortening the unloading time.
  • Double Sensing System: Detects residual air twice—during the air removal timer and venting phase—to maintain proper sterilization conditions matching load.
  • Adjustable Exhaust Level: Four levels for fine exhaust automatically controlled; settings can be adjusted even during exhaust.
  • Drain Treatment: Steam discharged is cooled by water cooling to minimize unpleasant steam release into the room.
  • Configurable Air Removal Time: Particularly effective for sterilizing items such as Durham tubes.
  • Physical Specifications: Chamber diameter 364 mm, length 482 mm; capacity 50.2 L; includes two baskets and a drain tank.
  • Used Condition: Sold as-is, performance may differ from new equipment; inspection recommended before purchase.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
