The analog models serve as a cost-effective choice with a controlled temperature range from +5°C above the ambient up to 100°C in the low range, and 75°C to 150°C in the high range, using two adjustable knobs. In contrast, the digital versions cater to those seeking reproducibility, offering a range from 5°C above ambient temperature to 120°C, with intuitive touch pad controls and independent, legible LED displays for precise temperature and timing, including an alert system.
The device boasts remarkable temperature uniformity and exceptional thermal stability, alongside a unique single-point calibration feature for accurate temperature readings (in digital models).
