Laboratory dry heat sterilizer with natural convection, temperature control 10–300°C, 97L capacity, perfect for biotechnology sterilization.
The EYELA NDS-420 dry heat sterilizer is designed for reliable laboratory sterilization using a natural convection method. It features a temperature range from room temperature +10°C up to 300°C with precision of ±1°C, controlled by a microcomputer PID system with SSR output. The unit rapidly reaches set temperatures within approximately 115 minutes. Key safety systems include door-open detection, temperature limits, sensor and heater fault alarms, and an adjustable independent overheat protector, ensuring safe operations during sterilization protocols.
This sterilizer offers a 97-liter stainless steel chamber (450×480×450 mm) with two stainless steel shelves that each support up to 15 kg, suitable for sterilizing glassware, instruments, and bioprocessing components. The interior includes multiple ventilation ports for airflow control. User interface benefits from digital display and programmable timer functions such as auto start/stop, making it suitable for complex biotechnology workflows requiring precise thermal sterilization.
The external dimensions including projections are 550×593×825 mm, mounted on a robust stand with castors for mobility within laboratory spaces. Power requirements are 11 A at 100 V AC, supporting consistent performance. This model is widely adopted in microbiology, clinical diagnostics, and biomanufacturing environments where dry heat sterilization is critical for molecular diagnostics and synthetic biology research. The equipment is sold used and as-is, with the current performance subject to verification.
This unit is essential in molecular biology labs for precise sterilization of heat-stable materials, supporting aseptic processing and critical bioprocessing pipelines.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
