The oven's working temperature range extends from a minimum of 10°C above ambient up to +300°C, with a fine resolution of 0.1°C up to 99.9°C, ensuring precise thermal management. Forced air circulation by a quiet, adjustable air turbine enhances airflow within the chamber, delivering uniform heat distribution throughout the spacious 53L (1.87 cu.ft.) interior capacity. The stainless steel interior, reinforced by deep-drawn ribbing and integrated large-area heating on four sides, ensures durability and easy cleaning.
The Memmert UF55 also incorporates multiple safety features, including an adjustable electronic overtemperature monitor and mechanical temperature limiter, meeting DIN 12880 standards. The SetpointWAIT function ensures that the process time only starts once the set temperature is reached, guaranteeing accurate thermal conditions. For fresh air regulation, the oven features electronically adjustable air flap control in 10% increments, combined with a vent connection for efficient airflow management.
