The Memmert ICH260L Stability Climate Chamber w/ Light 256L, 115V sets the standard for stability testing, excelling with its precise control of both temperature and humidity, essential for rigorous testing standards such as ICH, WHO, EMA, ASEAN, GMP, GLP, and GCCP. This climate chamber offers a temperature range of -10°C to 60°C without humidity and +10°C to 60°C with humidity, alongside a humidity control range of 10 to 80% RH. Its exceptional temperature and humidity homogeneity is achieved through a large-area air jacket on all four sides and a digitally controlled active humidification and dehumidification system.
A notable feature of the ICH260L is its double-door design, which includes a wide-area interior glass door to prevent contamination and maintain temperature stability while providing clear visibility of the chamber's contents. The chamber's interior is hermetically sealed, ensuring efficient water use once the desired setpoints are reached, provided the door remains closed. Additionally, the chamber is equipped with two high-grade platinum temperature sensors with mutual monitoring to ensure uninterrupted, reliable operation even if one sensor fails.
Operation is made simple with the Memmert ControlCOCKPIT and AtmoCONTROL software, which allow for intuitive navigation and easy programming of temperature and humidity ramps. The ICH260L is almost exclusively made from high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, making it both durable and easy to clean. A wide range of programming and documentation options are available through its interfaces, integrated data logger, and software, ensuring that this climate chamber is not only robust but also adaptable to various scientific and industrial applications.
The ICH260L model includes an advanced illumination box integrated into the upper interior, equipped with fluorescent lamps providing cold white light (daylight: light color 865, 6,500 K) and UV radiation within the 320 to 400 nm spectral range. This setup replicates standard light D65, essential for tests that require precise light conditions. Both daylight and UV light can be individually programmed through the controller, offering tailored adjustment for specific testing needs. Light intensity is maintained with high accuracy, at ± 6% for cold white light and ± 10% for UV light, ensuring consistent conditions for reliable test results.
