The Eppendorf 5424 Centrifuge is an advanced benchtop microcentrifuge designed to deliver high-speed centrifugation for research laboratories. With speeds ranging from 100 to 15,000 rpm in 50 rpm increments, this centrifuge provides a maximum relative centrifugal force of 1 x g to 21,130 x g. Its powerful kinetic energy reaches up to 4070 Joules, and it offers a versatile cycle time from 30 seconds to 9 hours and 59 minutes, or continuous operation.
Measuring 290 mm in width, 480 mm in depth, and 260 mm in height with a weight of 21 kg, it is compact yet robust. The centrifuge is equipped with the Eppendorf FA-45-24-11 fixed angle rotor, accommodating 24 x 1.5 mL tubes and supporting a maximum speed of 15,000 rpm. For additional safety, it includes an aerosol-tight lid. Operates on 120 V.
