With a high-performance silver block coated in gold, it delivers precision with a maximum heating rate of 6.0°C/sec and a maximum cooling rate of 4.0°C/sec. The average heating and cooling rates are 5.5°C/sec and 3.5°C/sec, respectively. The temperature uniformity is remarkable: ± 0.50°C at 95°C, ± 0.25°C at 70°C, and ± 0.15°C at 55°C within 15 seconds. It features a gradient temperature range of 3°C to 99°C, maintaining a control accuracy of ± 0.1°C. The lid temperature ranges from 30°C to 110°C. Compact yet robust, it measures 277 x 457 x 264 mm and weighs 15 kg. This advanced thermocycler is essential for precise and efficient molecular biology applications.
