Radwag HX5.EX-1.300.H6 One Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.

Radwag PS 6100.X2.M.PGC Precision Balance-cover
Radwag PS 6100.X2.M.PGC Precision Balance

Precision Balance for statistic control The purpose of the scale is the packaged goods control (PGC) (more), so remember that verification (legalization) is necessary. We recommend ordering a scale with a proper verification (legalization). PS X2.M is a series of advanced-class precision balances of high resolution based on RADWAG MonoBLOCK technology. The innovative construction of PS X2.M balance features a new single-point weighing pan fastening, which ensures its excellent geometry and minimizes eccentricity error. The labyrinth-shape fastening guarantees excellent resistance to contamination. RADWAG MonoBLOCK technology enables weighing loads with the readability of d=0.01 g at the maximum capacity of 10 kg. Rigid base ensures stability of the weighing system and great resistance to shocks. Internal adjustment system means precision and high measurement repeatability. Leverage of internal weight mass enables adjustment within the whole measuring range. Features: d=0.01 g readability at 10 kg max capacity great resistance to ambient conditions stability and repeatability over time RADWAG MonoBLOCK technology internal adjustment within the whole measuring range complex databases and ALIBI memory ergonomic 5” colour touchscreen touch-free operation Databases The instrument allows saving completed measurement data as complex reports and graphs. There are 7 databases: Operators (max 100 entries), Products (max 5 000 entries), Weighings (max 50 000 entries), Packaging (max 100 entries) Formulations (max 100 entries), Customers (max 1000 entries), The balance enables creating formulation reports (max 500 entries). ALIBI memory provides data protection and facilitates automatic measurement recording (max 500 000 weighing records). The memory facilitates data previewing, copying and archiving. Communication PS X2.M series is equipped with the following interfaces: 2 x RS 232, USB type A, USB type B, Ethernet and Wireless Connection. USB allows for fast transfer and copying of work results (measurements, reports, databases) to a computer or other weighing device. The balance provides possibility of remote data management.

Radwag HX7.4.1500.H7 Multifunctional Stainless Steel Platform Scale, pit version-cover
Radwag HX7.4.1500.H7 Multifunctional Stainless Steel Platform Scale, pit version

The HX7 H is a mechanical design combining into one a PUE HX7 terminal and a 4-load-cell platform, b (more)oth made of stainless steel. High protection class, IP66 / IP68, makes the HX7 H a scale that can be used in harsh industrial conditions. 4 load cells guarantee correct weighing regardless of load placing at the platform. Equipment The scale provides 7" colour graphic display and a bar graph consisting of 9 diodes emiting red and green light. The bar graph is a graphic visualisation of the current net weight referred either to the scale range or predetermined min and max thresholds. Housing back is equipped with hermetic communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, at your disposal there are also digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control, superior IT systems. With use of the bracket you can either place the terminal at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs. Databases The terminal's software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. Terminal’s system of information is based on databases: users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers, ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety.
