Shimadzu Nexera Hybrid UHPLC with binary gradients, UV-Vis detection, autosampler, column oven and degasser.
The Shimadzu Nexera Hybrid UHPLC system is a configured binary-gradient liquid chromatography platform for pharmaceutical analysis, environmental testing, food safety, clinical and bioanalytical studies, chemical purity testing, and academic method development. The system combines dual LC-20ADXR pumps, an SPD-40 UV-Vis detector, SIL-30ACMP autosampler, CTO-20A column oven, DGU-20A5R degassing unit, and CBM-20A system controller.
The pre-owned UHPLC system was powered on, initialized, and tested by the in-house service team. Testing included module communication, software communication, pump flow stability and accuracy, pressure pulsation, leak sensors, pressure limiters, degasser vacuum performance, detector wavelength accuracy, baseline noise and drift, autosampler purging, cooling, injection repeatability, injection accuracy, and column oven temperature stability.
The DGU-20A5R degasser reached a vacuum level of −95 kPa. The system is described as fully functional and in good cosmetic condition.
This Shimadzu Nexera Hybrid configuration is suitable for UHPLC method development, pharmaceutical quality control, impurity profiling, environmental contaminant analysis, clinical bioanalysis, and biotechnology workflows requiring automated sample handling and UV-Vis absorbance detection.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
