Pre-Owned
Bioseparation UHPLC system with quaternary solvent management, PDA and FLR detection, and Empower software.
Waters ACQUITY UPLC H-Class PLUS Bio System configured for high-performance liquid chromatography and biopharmaceutical bioseparations. Manufactured in 2021, this pre-owned system includes a BioQuaternary Solvent Manager, BioSample Manager-FTN, column management modules, PDA detection, fluorescence detection, a PC with Empower software, and standard system accessories.
The platform is suitable for monoclonal antibody characterization, glycan profiling, peptide mapping, protein heterogeneity analysis, biologics stability studies, and fluorescence-based biomolecule detection. It supports biotechnology workflows including biopharmaceutical production pipelines, molecular characterization, and bioseparation method development.
The ACQUITY UPLC H-Class PLUS Bio System was tested by an in-house service team. Testing included initialization, software communication, gradient proportioning, seal-wash pump operation, leak sensors, degasser health, pressure limiter operation, flow accuracy, solvent delivery stability, gradient performance, sample handling, syringe leakage, needle seal integrity, reproducibility, column temperature control, detector initialization, calibration, leak testing, and lamp status.
Recorded lamp usage was 44 hours for the PDA detector and 276 hours for the FLR detector. The system is described as fully functional, in good cosmetic condition, serviced, and minimally used.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
