Pre-owned Cytiva AKTA Avant 150 FPLC system for protein purification, process development, and fraction collection.
The Cytiva AKTA Avant 150 FPLC Chromatography System is a modular liquid chromatography platform configured for high-performance protein purification, biomolecule separation, and process development. Made in 2022, this pre-owned system supports reproducible gradient formation, buffer blending, automated sample injection, real-time monitoring, and fraction collection.
Additional 1 mL, 2 mL, 5 mL, and 10 mL sample loops and fraction collector cassettes may be available separately.
The system is suitable for biotechnology and biopharmaceutical workflows, including molecular biology research, recombinant protein purification, synthetic biology process development, and biomanufacturing process optimization.
The system was tested by an in-house service team and reported fully functional. Testing included the air sensor, fraction collector, gradient formation, quaternary valve, sample pump pressure, sample peak response, system pressure, all system valves, and a test injection using 1 M NaCl and 1% acetone.
The instrument is described as being in good cosmetic condition. The computer and Unicorn software shown for demonstration are not included; Unicorn software must be purchased separately.
