Product description

Pre-owned Thermo Attune NxT flow cytometer with 4 lasers, 14 colors, 16 detectors, and automated plate sampling.

The Thermo Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Flow Cytometer is a pre-owned multiparameter flow cytometry system manufactured in 2023 and configured with 4 lasers, 14 colors, and 16 detectors. It is supplied with a Thermo CytKick MAX Autosampler for automated analysis of microplates and tube racks.

Optical and Acquisition Configuration

  • Laser allocation: violet/6, blue/2, yellow/3, and red/3
  • Forward scatter and side scatter: 488/10 blue laser
  • 405 nm violet laser filters: 450/40, 525/50, 610/20, 660/20, 710/50, 780/60
  • 488 nm blue laser filters: 530/30, 695/40
  • 561 nm yellow laser filters: 585/16, 620/15, 780/60
  • 637 nm red laser filters: 670/14, 720/30, 780/60
  • Flow rate: 12.5 to 1,000 µL/min
  • Sample analysis volume: 20 µL to 4 mL
  • Particle size range: 0.5 to 50 µm
  • Data acquisition speed: up to 35,000 events/second with 34 parameters
  • Maximum electronic speed: 65,000 events/second with all parameters

Acoustic focusing supports consistent sample delivery and rapid multiparameter analysis for immunophenotyping, rare-cell detection, oncology research, vaccine development, molecular biology, and biotechnology workflows.

CytKick MAX Autosampler

The included CytKick MAX Autosampler, reference A38976, supports automated high-throughput flow cytometry using:

  • Minimum sample volume: 50 µL; 70 µL at 1,000 µL/min
  • Dead volume: 30 µL, except 50 µL at 500–1,000 µL/min
  • Minimum sample acquisition volume: 20 µL
  • Throughput: less than 45 minutes for a 96-well plate in High-Throughput mode
  • Carryover: less than 0.5% in standard mode with two wash cycles; less than 1% in Boost Mode
  • Passive cooling for 96-well U-bottom plates and microcentrifuge tube racks

Compatible formats include:

  • 96 deep-well plates
  • 96-well standard-depth plates
  • 384 deep-well plates
  • 384-well standard-depth plates

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
