NucleoCounter SCC-100 image cytometer for fluorescence-based somatic cell counting in milk, with 30-second analysis and SomaticView software.
The NucleoCounter SCC-100 image cytometer is a fluorescence-based cell counting instrument for determining somatic cell concentration in milk samples. It uses automated fluorescence microscopy for somatic cell counting.
The system uses disposable SCC-Cassettes and Reagent C lysis buffer. SomaticView software is included and documents measurement results when the instrument connects to a computer through its USB interface. An external printer is an optional connection.
The used unit was powered on and appeared to be in working condition. The SCC-100 is intended for milk sample analysis and is not intended for human or veterinary diagnostic purposes.

The 30-second analysis time supports rapid somatic cell counting for milk samples. The measurement range of 10,000 to 2,000,000 cells per ml covers the concentration range specified for the SCC-100.
A 60 microliter sample loading volume feeds the NucleoCassette. Approximately 2 microliters reaches the measurement chamber for analysis, limiting the analyzed portion of the loaded sample.
Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.
We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.
We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.
With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.
Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.
Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.
Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.
We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
Tell us what you need and a scientist finds it for you, usually within the hour.
