Product description

Masterflex Digi-Staltic programmable peristaltic pump system with Easy-Load II head, 6 to 600 rpm drive and controller for fluid dispensing.

The Cole-Parmer Masterflex Digi-Staltic peristaltic pump system is a programmable laboratory pump for fluid dispensing, liquid transfer, dilution, dosing and sample preparation. Peristaltic pumping keeps the fluid in contact with the tubing rather than the pump mechanism. The system is also used for fluid handling in biotechnology and life sciences laboratories.

The system includes a Digi-Staltic 77310-01 pump drive, a Digi-Staltic 77310-02 controller and an Easy-Load II 77200-62 pump head. The controller provides dispenser, pump and diluter functions. The pump head supports Masterflex L/S 15, L/S 24, L/S 35 and L/S 36 tubing. A connection cable is included.

The used unit is in good operational state. The controller has visible PC, balance and pump connections. The drive has a remote interface connector and operates from 115 or 230 VAC at 50/60 Hz.

System configuration

This Masterflex Digi-Staltic system combines a 77310-01 pump drive, a 77310-02 pump system controller and an Easy-Load II 77200-62 pump head. The included connection cable links the system components.

Pump and controller functions

  • Programmable operation for dispensing, pumping and dilution
  • Fluid transfer for reagent dispensing, sample preparation, media addition, filling and dosing
  • Visible controller connections for PC, balance and pump devices
  • Four visible pump ports labeled Pump 1, Pump 2, Pump 3 and Pump 4
  • Remote interface connector on the pump drive

Pump head and flow specifications

The Easy-Load II pump head uses a PPS housing and stainless steel rotor. It is compatible with Masterflex L/S 15, L/S 24, L/S 35 and L/S 36 tubing. Listed approximate flow rates at 600 rpm are:

  • L/S 15 tubing: up to 1000 mL/min
  • L/S 24 tubing: up to 1700 mL/min
  • L/S 35 tubing: up to 2300 mL/min
  • L/S 36 tubing: up to 2900 mL/min

The pump drive has a speed range of 6 to 600 rpm and a motor rating of 0.1 HP. The power supply is 115/230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, single phase. Current ratings are 1.7 A at 115 V and 0.8 A at 230 V. The protection class is IP22, and the fuse is T2.5 A, 250 V.

The used unit is in good operational state and includes the pump drive, controller, Easy-Load II pump head and connection cable.

What these specifications mean

The Easy-Load II 77200-62 pump head changes the available flow by tubing size. At 600 rpm, the listed approximate maximum flow increases from 1000 mL/min with L/S 15 tubing to 2900 mL/min with L/S 36 tubing. Tubing selection therefore sets the practical dispensing range for this configuration.

The programmable controller supports dispenser, pump and diluter operation. The four visible pump ports, labeled Pump 1 through Pump 4, support the controller’s listed multi-pump connection layout.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
