The Thermo Scientific CellInsight NXT is an automated high-content screening (HCS) platform for quantitative analysis of cell-based assays in multiwell plates. It combines automated microscopy, fluorescence imaging, autofocus, and image analysis for reproducible data acquisition in drug discovery, toxicology, cell biology, and biomolecular research.
Configured with a 10x Plan Fluor objective, the system provides high-resolution imaging with a broad field of view. Its automated multiwell analysis supports 96-well, 384-well, and 1536-well plates, making it suitable for high-throughput workflows in pharmaceutical research, biotechnology, and cellular analysis.
The CellInsight NXT is described as being in very good, maintained condition. It is reported to be fully functional, tested, and ready for integration into laboratory operations.
