Product description

Automated Fluidigm Juno platform for targeted DNA library preparation, PCR amplification, and NGS workflows.

The Fluidigm Juno Targeted DNA Sequencing Library Preparation System is an automated molecular biology platform for standardized targeted DNA sequencing library preparation. It supports targeted resequencing, SNP genotyping, CNV analysis, amplicon sequencing, molecular diagnostics, and oncology research.

The Juno system automates key workflow steps, including:

  • Sample preparation
  • PCR amplification
  • Cleanup
  • Precise thermal cycling using an integrated thermocycler
  • Automated setup and control through Fluidigm Juno software

The platform is compatible with Fluidigm Access Array IFCs (Integrated Fluidic Circuits), including the 48.48 Access Array IFC and 192.24 IFC, as well as other Fluidigm IFC formats. It can process up to 48 samples per run, depending on the IFC configuration, with input DNA from approximately 10 ng, depending on the application.

The system is designed for reproducible, low-touch workflows and is suitable for next-generation sequencing library preparation, biotechnology research, human genetics, cancer research, and molecular diagnostics. Prepared libraries can be used with downstream NGS platforms such as Illumina and Thermo Fisher systems.

Technical specifications:

  • Dimensions (W × D × H): Approximately 60 × 60 × 80 cm
  • Weight: Approximately 65 kg
  • Power supply: 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz
  • Interfaces: USB, Ethernet
  • Compatible consumables: Fluidigm Access Array IFCs
  • Sample capacity: Up to 48 samples per run, depending on IFC
  • Input DNA: From approximately 10 ng, application-dependent
  • Year of manufacture: 09/2017
  • Serial number: 130133
  • Reference: 100-7836

The used Fluidigm Juno system is described as being in very good condition, tested, and fully functional. Keyboard, mouse, connection cables, and power cables are included.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
