The CHEMISAFE Safety Fire Case Type 30 is designed for the secure storage of solvents, integrating seamlessly into chromatography systems using small tubes. Constructed entirely from electrogalvanized steel sheets with a thickness of 1 to 1.5 mm and finished with an acid-resistant epoxy resin, this case features high-density rock wool and calcium sulfate panel insulation. It includes an automatic lid closure activating at ambient temperatures over 50°C, with 30 mm heat-expanding gaskets ensuring airtight sealing per EN14470-1 standards. Certified to resist fire for 30 minutes by EN14470-1 BV (Bureau Veritas).
The case features convenient side handles, a locking lid, and a painted steel retention tank with a 1.5-litre capacity. For added versatility, optional accessories like wall-mounting, an internal CO2 fire extinguisher with automatic activation, a trolley, and chromatography pipe passage are available.
