INSTRUMENT SAFETY SYSTEM:

The oven is equipped with an independent electronic safety system, ensuring reliable operation even if the main thermoregulator fails. If the temperature surpasses the set limit (user-defined), an LED indicator activates, allowing the oven to maintain a safety temperature.
