The KNF Laboport SH 840 G is a chemical-resistant vacuum pump system, designed for handling aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors. Central to its design is the N 840 G diaphragm vacuum pump, complemented by a base plate, a separator on the suction side, and a high-performance condenser on the pressure side. Featuring high vapor and condensate compatibility, this modular and expandable system supports applications such as distillation, rotary evaporation, and multi-user vacuum systems. Technical highlights include a maximum flow rate of 34 l/min, a final vacuum of 6 mbar (abs.), and a pressure rating of 0.1 bar (rel.). Built from materials like FFPM for the valves, PTFE-coated diaphragms, and TFM™ PTFE pump heads, the system ensures 100% oil-free gas transfer, evacuation, and compression. Environmentally friendly features include an integrated gas ballast valve and rotational speed control, with a 3-color status display indicating operational states.
