Product description

Versatile trinocular microscope with dual illumination and multiple contrast techniques.

The Panthera Classic is an exceptional all-purpose microscope designed for traditional users, offering both modern Full Köhler LED and classic halogen illumination to accommodate a wide array of preferences and needs. Its versatility is further enhanced by a range of contrast techniques and a quintuple nosepiece, allowing for precise image production. Key innovations include a rackless mechanical stage, infinity corrected plan achromatic objectives, and an LED light intensity indicator integrated into the nosepiece, all of which contribute to an ideal tool for routine applications. The Panthera C is furnished with UC-WF10X/22 eyepieces, a trinocular head, infinity corrected plan UC achromatic objectives (4X/0.1, 10X/0.25, 40X/0.65, 100X/0.80, and 100X/1.25 oil), and an Abbe condenser with N.A. 0.90/1.25. The versatile microscope supports both 3W LED/30W halogen transmitted illumination and offers USB connectivity for an external camera, an LED nosepiece light intensity indicator, and the capacity to perform BF, PH, POL, DF, FL (with LED mouse), and MMC contrast techniques.

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Yes. Every verified supplier states which service partners cover the instrument, and we list that alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
