The Etaluma Lumascope is an advanced inverted fluorescence microscope distinguished by its green fluorescence and brightfield optics. It is adaptable with RMS-threaded, infinity-corrected objectives having a 45 mm parfocal distance. Equipped with fluorescence filters for the green spectrum, this device allows excitation at 457-493 nm and emission at 508-552 nm. The high-sensitivity monochrome CMOS sensor ensures precise imaging, with compatibility for C-mount optics. Image capture is versatile, offering formats in JPG, BMP, TIF, or PNG, with sizes ranging from 100×100 to 1700×1700 pixels. The field of view reaches up to 0.78 x 0.78 mm at 20x magnification. Video recording is possible at rates up to 10 fps, and can reach up to 30 fps with a reduced frame size. Compact yet portable, its dimensions are 240 x 140 x 165 mm, weighing 3.25 kg, making it an ideal choice for detailed laboratory imaging tasks.
