A compact, manual diaphragm pump ideal for liquid transfer with robust, chemical-resistant materials.
The KNF Liquiport NF 300 KT.18 S diaphragm pump is designed to offer efficient and reliable liquid transfer. With a flow rate ranging from 0.5 to 3.0 liters per minute and maximum suction up to 3 meters water gauge, this robust pump is perfectly suited for various laboratory applications. It operates at a maximum pressure of 1 bar relative, handling fluid temperatures between 5 to 80°C, and accommodates viscosities up to 150 cSt.
Crafted with enduring materials such as PTFE, PP, and PVDF for the pump head, and featuring a PTFE-coated diaphragm, it ensures a high level of chemical resistance and longevity. Valve construction includes the FFKM Simriz® for further durability. This compact device is splash-proof with an IP65 protection rating and offers intuitive manual control through a simple knob mechanism.
The self-priming feature allows the pump to run dry without damage, reducing maintenance needs drastically. It comes equipped with fittings compatible with tubes of 12 mm internal diameter, and different material configurations can be selected to improve chemical resistance based on your specific needs.
Optional enhanced versions include the RC model, which provides remote control capabilities along with fault alarms.
