The Ohaus SHEX1619DG Orbital Shaker is expertly crafted for applications requiring precise environmental control, such as CO2 and high humidity environments, to achieve optimal cell growth. This shaker features a uniquely designed remote control that magnetically attaches to the exterior of most incubators or conveniently rests on a workbench. The robust motor, positioned within an incubator, connects to the external controller via a 170 cm cable, enabling effortless adjustments to speed and time settings while providing an IP65 degree of protection.
This unit supports a variety of scientific applications including cell cultures, solubility studies, extraction procedures, and bacterial or yeast cultures. The independent LED displays provide clear visibility of speed and time settings simultaneously. A detachable three-wire cable and plug are included for hassle-free operation, and the RS232 interface facilitates straightforward data collection and management.
Constructed with durable cold-rolled steel and stainless steel, the shaker includes an external control module and a 1.7m thin ribbon cable ideal for easy passage under incubator hatches or doors. The 33x33 cm integrated tray, equipped with a non-slip rubber mat, enhances stability during operation.
