The Caliper TurboVap LV Evaporator with 40/60ml I-Chem Vial Tube Rack is a high-speed, small volume sample concentrator designed for efficient laboratory sample preparation. It supports unattended automated operation and replaces conventional lengthy evaporation processes.

- Gas Consumption: 1 CFM per row of nozzles at 15 psi, gas sourced from 60 to 100 psi
- Evaporation Technology: Gas vortex shearing action allows high evaporation rates regardless of sample height
- Performance:
- 10x faster than centrifugal evaporators
- 3x faster than hot blocks
- 2x faster than conventional N2 blow down
- Sample Compatibility: Supports various test tubes, centrifuge tubes, and micro-centrifuge tubes including 40ml and 60ml I-Chem vial sizes
- Applications: Ideal for evaporation of solvents after solid phase extraction, commonly used for drug sample and pesticide extract preparation
