The Astec APM-30D CO2 multi-gas incubator features a water jacket heating system optimizing temperature uniformity (±0.1°C) critical for cell culture and biotechnology workflows such as bioprocessing and molecular diagnostics. It supports precise CO2 control from 0 to 19.9% with ±0.1% stability, suitable for maintaining physiological conditions in live-cell imaging and synthetic biology applications. The multi-gas variant includes a galvanic oxygen sensor controlling O2 levels between 1% and 80% with ±0.5% accuracy, enabling flexible hypoxic experiments. The incubator maintains high humidity (>95% RH) through natural evaporation to prevent culture desiccation. Its internal shelf dimensions (320×300×330 mm) and access port size (29 mm diameter) facilitate versatile sample handling. This 28 kg (39 kg with water) unit operates on AC100 V power and is ideal for research in cell biology, biotechnology, and clinical diagnostics requiring controlled atmospheric conditions.
