The Hirayama HVA-85LB High-Pressure Steam Sterilizer is a laboratory-grade autoclave designed for efficient sterilization and warming applications essential in biotechnology and biomedical research. Featuring an 85 L stainless steel (SUS304) chamber, it offers a variable sterilization temperature range of 105 to 128°C and a precise timer adjustable from 1 to 250 minutes for optimal steam sterilization cycles. The unit also supports warming functions within 45 to 80°C for up to 20 hours. Its small pressure vessel design complies with safety standards including a safety valve operating at 0.196 MPa and comprehensive monitoring via an integrated thermometer (5–130°C) and pressure gauge (0–0.4 MPa).
