Product description

A comprehensive freeze drying system for medium to large volume lyophilization needs.

Labconco 711221010 FreeZone 12L -84C Complete Freeze Dryer System with Stoppering Tray Dryer The Labconco 711221010 FreeZone 12L -84C Complete Freeze Dryer System with Stoppering Tray Dryer includes the Labconco 711211010 FreeZone 12L -84C Complete Freeze Dryer with stainless steel coil and collector, Labconco 794801010 Stoppering Tray Dryer, and an Edwards RV12 Vacuum Pump.

The Labconco 711211010 FreeZone 12L -84C Complete Freeze Dryerwith stainless steel coil and collector is designed for lyophilizing moderate to large sample loads or numerous small container batches. The console features a front viewing window, interior space for a vacuum pump, and accommodation for a large tray dryer such as the FreeZone Stoppering Tray Dryers (pump and tray dryer sold separately). These models offer the broadest range of built-in options including a shell freezer. The upright stainless steel collector coil holds 6 liters of ice before defrosting. A single 3/4 hp HCFC/CFC-free refrigeration system cools the collector to -84° C (-119F), suitable for aqueous samples.

The Labconco 794801010 Stoppering Tray Dryer lyophilizes moderate to large loads of vials or serum bottles and stopper them under vacuum. They offer temperature control from -40 to +40° C. Options include a 6-port manifold, isolation valve and sample trays. A pneumatic mechanism stoppers containers under vacuum on three large adjustable processing shelves, 16.5” x 12” each. An HCFC/CFC-free refrigeration system and electric heater cool and heat fluid medium that is circulated through the shelves to maintain shelf temperatures within ±1° C.

The Edwards RV12 rotary vane pump delivers excellent ultimate vacuum pressure, high pumping speeds and superior vapour handling capabilities with quiet operation. INCLUDED: The Labconco 711221010 FreeZone 12L -84C Complete Freeze Dryer System with Stoppering Tray Dryer includes:

Why Questpair exists

Lab equipment markets are fragmented. Buyers spend weeks calling distributors, comparing quotes, and verifying supplier reliability. Sellers struggle to reach global research labs.

We built Questpair to fix this. Every supplier on the platform is verified before listing. Every quote you receive comes from a real, vetted seller. AI prepares your case in minutes, then a real specialist takes over.

We're an independent team based in The Netherlands, working with research labs and procurement teams across Europe and worldwide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does laboratory equipment typically last?

With a service contract, ten to fifteen years is normal for most benchtop instruments. Detectors and pumps are the parts that wear first.

Can I get service for older equipment?

Often, yes. Verified suppliers frequently work with service partners converting the instrument. If applicable, we can list servicing options alongside the offer.

Where can I buy parts?

Ask a scientist through the request button. Parts are often available even when the instrument itself is discontinued.

What is the typical lead time for refurbished equipment?

Two to six weeks, depending on refurbishment scope and whether calibration is included.

Does laboratory equipment ship internationally?

We ship to 38 countries. Crating and customs handling are quoted with the instrument.
